Give me $3.5 Million, earning ZERO PERCENT, and I can live very comfortably in Hawaii, eating out at nice restaurants, taking 3-4 international vacations PER YEAR for $100k per year.

Ok, so maybe (maybe) we get away with the regulators breathing down our necks, we are subject to internal/external auditors reviewing the violation of our policies and procedures for disclosing information about a loan to a person not on the loan.

I now suspect that Sherman Bridge has serious internal issues as well and the good people, the reliable, service oriented, ethical and "get things done" people flee this company.

Please feel free to elaborate since I could see it being useful in breaking into more international investments.  

I've been licensed for about a year now and had been working under a broker for about 8 months.I just did my 5th yellow letter campaign in my area and an agent received one and they called and complained to their area president who in tern called my broker.

I currently manage all the veterans in our pipelines (thousands) along with managing my own internal job as a recruiter.

(offer them to be an unpaid intern if possible) they might come around and give you more in-depth information that will be of value to them.  

I work hard, and would love to be an unpaid intern of sorts, just to learn more, and connect with other like minded people!

I kind of love that area, and lived in warehouse in deep deep oakland for a while in my 20's.Recently made a long slow timelapse drive all the way from 4th and international to 580, and then back again.
