I would not invest in real estate with a retirement account.Its too much of a headache and likely not that much better as an investment alternative within a retirement account1) Real Estate provides tax benefits for individuals who own them.

You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the consequences of the financial decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck.

Whether it's mold, COVID, or a non-paying renter, a quality PM acts quickly and decisively to protect people, property, and the landlord.If you feel the PM was negligent in their response, you can file a complaint with the state commission.

While this approach ensures more reliable tenants, it also limits the pool of prospective renters, making it challenging for individuals with less conventional financial profiles to secure housing.Given these challenges, I have decided to exit the Ontario rental market.

It includes everything you have asked for.I could also connect it to other booking engines like Booking.com and TripAdvisor, but have not set them up.Customer service is wonderful, and they are always super-responsive with any requests I have.The only gripe I have with it would be their website templates, should you want to build your direct-booking site directly through them.

Would love to network and build relationships with like minded individuals.
