I formed my partnership with a C-corp that is only 2% partner but still allows me to take advantage of certain perks such as a healthcare plan.

While I like what I do and do not intend to quit medicine, I am also realizing that medicine can no longer fulfill both my personal satisfaction and financial freedom.

I believe the rights, interests, and freedoms of the many should outweigh that of the few.

The Series 6/7 and 71/72.I'd say that if it weren't for freedom of speech, anyone teaching RE would be required to meet much higher standards and few gurus would clear the bar, IMO. :)

But there were damages because of a dog & he left us a $525 water bill & the lease was specific about 60 days written notice.I approached her to track him down for payment but he had moved in with another woman (2 miles from our home) & was working off the books to avoid child support & their health care payments.

Freedom is what I'm after, freedom is what I'll achieve.

If it's the latter I would change to a checkbook IRA that allows you complete freedom of use for the funds without their "sticky paws" on your money.

We are hoping for more personal freedom which means no more 9-5.
