One tenant for May's rent apparently decided in her own head that I should just forgive her rent because "the virus". 

Also have renters lined up that are military (basically guaranteed rent for 2 year contract) but all military are put on hold from relocating due to Corona Virus.

@Brandon Pace i have never built any self storage myself but was looking into it but when this virus hit everything skyrocketed in prices so i backed off on that idea but finding a self storage deal can be a real pain because they are not that common compared to single family houses.
