No evictions, no turnover, and have not raised rents (honestly feel like I'm near the upper end already). 

Problem: Too many goals - personally, I feel that the ideal number of annual goals is three.

Lenexa feels a bit too pricey for me, but Olathe seems to be growing, so that wouldn’t be a bad option either.

The best part was the buyer saying that could see and feel the work that was put into the home.

You’ve got a sizable asset with stable tenants, but the monthly overhead is making it feel heavier than it should.

People seem to buy mainly for appreciation, but I'm not sold appreciation will continue to rise the way it has the past 5 - 6 years, so feel like CF is the safer investing avenue for me.
