What’s a system, tool, or process that completely transformed the way you manage your STRs?

We have also completed some exciting improvements including retyring a boiler for heat/cool ductless mini-splits and 9 units being electrically updates.

Construction i completely understand it runs in my family. money is not a issue for me is getting the proper knowledge in this field so I do not fail.

The way we present our OFF MARKET inventory all the builds are with in 1-3 months of completion so the investor also does not fund the construction.  

Whatever you do, please make sure that you get something signed saying that are completely gone and have no claim to any possessions they left behind. 

I completely agree with Jonathan, do not compare yourself to where others are or what they did.

Short sales are where the bank would realize a lesser loss settling than they would completing a foreclosure.

And thankfully, by the time I needed to execute on those options and actually complete the purchase of the leased properties, I had developed some private lender relationships that allowed me to complete those 3 transactions and several more thereafter.

Long story short - 99% of the stuff on social media is completely fake and procured to be as extremely successful as possible.  

I use Stessa only for the tracking feature (transactions).
