Sad cuz I was intending on being the first person (unless it happened n I am still in the dark about it) to b on a podcast, telling of my rise to passive investment success, getting to the "Famous 4", n not having an answer for questions 1 n 2 due to not reading books about RE investing or business management or some jazz.

We're just getting ramped up for the part of the season that we're most famous for, so I figured since going outside during daylight hours could lead to dehydration, I'd jump in here and introduce myself.  

My brother lives in downtown Austin close to the famous zilker park.

Heck, one time sitting waiting for the framing inspector, who was famously known as the toughest inspector, in the toughest jurisdiction, she pulls up, walks 10' from her car when looks up at me waiting at front door and says "Oh hell, this is one of your places James, why didn't you tell me, I'd have saved the trip" and signed off on the inspection before she even got onto the yard.

The most famous restaurants ever came out of California is of course McDonald's, also from SoCal. 

If you have listened too or read anything involving the famous author of "rich dad, poor dad"... he consistently talks about the average American believes there house is an asset, even though it's actually a liability.

The property was in the New York area, the investor was all but bankrupt at the time to boot so he couldn't really buy it anyway, but still he obsessed and everyone bet against him after finally giving up on trying to stop him.That investor was Donald Trump, and that deal, the impossible sure looser deal, is what brought him from the ashes, wrote books, made him famous, and launched the multi billion brand Trump.I would say the most dangerous thing in this world is a psychic pessimist; once computers in the home was impossible and now we carry them in our pockets, history is made by those who do the impossible, even in real estate. 

Every BP podcast I listen to, the answer in the "Famous Four" questioning about other hobbies is almost always spending time with kids, if they have any.Full time I run a franchise company in West Palm Beach.
