Calculate expected returns, costs, time commitment, etc.

I think he was upset because I used him in the past and he may have expected that I would continue with his services. 

I don’t know your exact situation, but I expect principal paydown and appreciation to cover the $200 and still give you a nice gain.

A little trick I like to do when helping people with figuring out this question is to think about what their perfect day looks like.

I don't expect material improvements until 2026 at the earliest. 

I deserved better treatment I haven't had that's all, also here there's no help I'll accept it and figure it out by myself.
