Thank you Andy-we are currently done with the repairs and theu agreed to waive her their as of now and is not charging us any money as she realizes she hasn’t been able to rent it .Also there is no contract , which after reading more and more on property managers is essential.

I am no expert but have been present for a few inspections and i always like asking questions.I agree with all that was said already especially holding individuals accountable for caring for their own system.

Move out time came and they hadn't even started looking for a place etc etc. 2 weeks out from the court date for the eviction they upped and moved and didn't even request the funds (not that I would have given it to them anyways because they were 2 months past the agreed upon move out date).

I agree as well with the value being based off of current market rental rates, regardless of what the current lease rents are at or if a unit is vacant.
