I joined after reading 5-6 of the BP authored books and I've loved growing my understanding of the world of real estate investing.I made my first investment this summer and my family is partnering to make a few investments in the next year.

I love my daughter very much, and want to make sure she has every opportunity.

I use Baselane for my banking and bookkeeping platform and I really love how easy it is to set up accounts and sub-accounts for just such purposes.

On a side note: As a new investor myself I am looking to grow my relationships, especially with contracotrs, and would love to hear about your work.

I own all of my investment properties here and work with a lot of out-of-state investors in both the east and west coast that love investing here for the turnkey and BRRRR opportunities that we have here.

But I still love real estate, just  getting away from landlording.
