The washing machine draining into the floor and not through a standpipe might be a code violation/health concern and certainly should be assessed by a plumber.  

Not unless the machines are able to produce more land.

When I have an odor problem, in addition to trying to treat the floors and walls like a lot of people have suggested, I also rent an ozone machine to run in the property for a day.

Higher cash flow markets generally its not very easy to sell without a major marketing machine helping you IE turn key... were as here in PDX or Bay Area , Seattle Socal , And Denver.. you simply put it on MLS its sold in a matter of hours.. this is not the case in many other markets, exit can be tricky to very very difficult... the higher the 2 % rule or 3% rule the tougher it is to sell them as investors that want that risk reward asset want to pay what you did.. not 1% rule .

The reason people fight these dogs is not because they have this killing machine mentality, it's just because they're fast and strong - that's it!

I think the copper line to the toilet is likely 3" which is fine and has obviously worked for years.The one small concern I would guess is venting for the washing machine drain.

Fewer wars started by the USA which will have much less influence (there won't be the imports to build the machinery and the money to build as much war machine)5.
