I think of these Biggerpockets forums resembling  something like the ancient "Lyceum" where types such as Aristotle and Socrates debated topics but instead of philosophy, we discuss real estate :)

I overheard on some podcast somewhere about marketing a property for 90 days, then you can obtain ownership of it, if no one debates it...?

I’m debating on if it’s worth it to go through a agent to find my first deal or not, or should I just join one of them online memberships that show off market deals that’s below market value with Equity that you have to pay a monthly fee, If anyone dealt with a agent and the online membership what was the best choice and which way showed you the most deals ?

There is always a big debate about whether you provide appliances or not.

This debate has been going on an on on this forum.I invested with Partners and we own approx. $15 Million of Brooklyn Properties that we bought in the span of 20 years.

Lastly, we have been debating if we should go the LTR or STR route.

While this may be up for debate there are still laws and regulations that need to be followed.   

Our combined household income is hovering around 110k a year with about 15k of debt.Our debate revolves around how to finance future deals.

It'll be a completely new roof either way so i'm debating.
