Hi,I charge $30 per adult occupant, and everyone living there over 18 must pass the background (criminal/credit/eviction) check and be on the lease.If they pay online, I get charged $.50 per transaction, and the service costs my $29.45.

When I received a letter from his attorney stating that I owed him money or they would file a mechanics lien, I had my attorney tell them that if he doesn't back off I would go after him criminally and use the neighbor as a witness.

(No offense to any attorney, LOL) I'd back track on that if possible telling her she can see a RE attorney but the closing agent will explain the transaction.edited, just saw your last post; get your fee, give him a receipt for the assignment, this is an amount paid out of closing to be shown on the buyer's side of the HUD-1 or accounting settlement.
