Lenders in the RE space aren't the healthiest right now in my opinion and need some stable wins on their balance sheets.

I’m snooping around that area and would love to get a boots on the ground report and opinion.

I have had turns where things are recommended to repair based on the field operator and my property managers notes, and I would expect the professionals with eyes on the property to have the best opinion on when the inevitable concern arises. 

There is also a much larger inventory of rentals for a prospective resident to look at, a few years back we were in the 3ks for vacants and this year bumping up near 5k during the peak season (in my opinion probably due to the low entry price point for investors compared to the rest of the country as well as low interest rates on loans for folks moving out of their homes).

Opinions?

In my layman's opinion, LLCs are way over-sold to new investors. 

Again, the license doesn't prove that that individual would be best at representation (in my opinion).

In my opinion, you did the best thing possible and that’s executing.

There is always money to be made in OKC in my opinion.
