Is it even worthwhile to build an accessory apartment? 

My wife bought several sets of furniture and accessories, each with a different color scheme.

Besides, I barely have 1000 influence so it will be a while before I can join the ranks coveted top 10!

I am beginning to think maybe some agents might consider such an accessory if they like to fly solo when doing business with strangers.

As I get closer and closer to that coveted first 25k (thanks for the book Scott Trench) i started thinking if I would even qualify for a FHA loan or down the road for a conventional loan.Then all of a sudden last night I read a few blogs basically in summary that said because my payment is $0 a month I WOULD be able to qualify for a conventional mortgage let alone an FHA one - thanks to Fannie Mae's new update to this in 2017.

Here is the link to the Somerville proposed zoning changes: https://www.somervillezoning.com/If you read through everything carefully it basically looks like they are proposing that if you have a large enough lot size or enough frontage you can build an "accessory dwelling" behind your house. 

I will bet they'll come back with you can add an accessory dwelling unit which in my opinion isn't worth it.

You need to search for "Accessory Dwelling"  For example "Herriman Accessory Dwelling"   That will usually get you what you need.
