A great book on this topic is: The Coming Bond Market Collapse by Chris Pento.We've had it good with very low inflation rates for a while now, but its unsustainable considering how much money has been dumped into the economy and how little of it has actually been invested into growth.

Water backed up in that unit this week and the plumbing company is saying the main line galvanized pipe is collapsed and 48' of it needs to be replaced, the concrete will need to be broken up and re-poured, the repair estimate they provided was for $15,000.

Really dangerous and had to carry dog out and over them as they collapsed under weight and shattered like a dropped planter pot.
