I am sorry to hear about the challenges you're having with renting out your townhouse in Kennesaw.I agree that it's probably past time to look into either selling (and re-investing in a carefully selected investment property), hiring a new property management company, or pivoting your strategy with the townhome.

OOS is way more challenging than advertised.   

(Keyword research, competitor research, surveys, speaking to prospects on how they heard)If your research proves that there is demand, I would recommend you  to either hire a good agency who has proven track record in your industry or  hiring a fulltime  employee with relevant seo skills who can manage this.SEO/Paid ads with consultants or agency would be challenging as the results depends on various things such as your website, market, content, offer etc.

@Dayana Castellon the only marketing that would make sense is marketing Airbnb & VRBO are NOT covering already.Maybe market directly to insurance companies looking for rentals for their clients needing temporary housing while their fire-damaged home is being repaired.Corporate travel departments might be another option.Hospitals with resident doctor programs.The challenge will be doing this marketing efficiently enough to make it worthwhile.

I earn around $15k/month from my business, but my income is somewhat variable, which might make securing financing challenging.

So far, it's been challenging, but definitely worth it.

During the last months I'm having some thoughts I wanted to share.Found it kinda challenging to find a deals on/off the market that really makes sense and make the numbers works out.Wondering if there's people out here feeling the same in other markets as well.
