How to lay laminate wood flooring/tile/vinyl/carpet2.) how to clean pet stains out of carpet3.)

I knew it was gonna take some work, but it got real pretty quick.The kitchen floor had stick tiles, then 1/4" lauan, then 3/4" original hardwood, then a 3/4" plank subfloor.

Work would/may include vanity replacement, tub replacement (jacuzzi tub), wall/ceiling retexturing, kitchen cabinet and counter replacement, tile work, trim, sink replacement, possibly some minor plumbing rerouting.We are looking for someone or suggestions of someone competent, reliable, and timely (isnt everyone?).

Read that as lino vs. tile or hardwood and laminate vs. granite, etc.One has to be very mindful of your local market though.

If so; with stainless steel or with tile?

I had state farm and they were fantastic.Ended up getting a lot of upgrades done to that house (new wiring, new finished bedrooms upstairs, new cabinets and tile flooring).

Scalloped sinks, brown floor tile, yellow/gold tiles. 

Okay late night update:Numbers still workGot the HVAC cost way downGot the Roofing cost way downgot the potential framing numbers inline found several supply houses to get products interior products at a reduced costFound enough 1" hex tiles at Habitat for Humanity to do one of the bathroom floors for a 85% discount!

Some such as tile, tree removal, and plumbing will be contracted.The new bank I am working with is a community bank and they explained the interest only loan as a "construction like loan" if after 6 months, I wont be able to use the FHA loan I will shop around for better rates.I have been here for 10 years I am  more than "eligible" for orders.

Put in 42'' shaker espresso cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new tile, painted the garage floor, painted the exterior of the house, painted interior, added a walk-in pantry, finished the attic space to give it a 3rd bedroom/bonus room, new tile in the bathroom, new vanity, and tons of landscaping.
