You don't want to celebrate getting rid of her (addition by subtraction) only to get sued a few months from now.

So, let's be clear about how poor someone is before they are the bad kind of poor.I think the first thing that needs to be addressed is the pervasive attitude that poor people have somehow created their own poverty and are simple-minded people that need to have their finances governed by someone else.Just look at the shows showing celebrities trying to buy food for the amount of money allocated to food stamp recipients to see how impossible it is for them to eat on that amount of money for food. 

Also, the tenant was a celebrity and the property generated a lot of interest.

It would akin to asking a Hollywood celebrity to watch my pile of cocaine.

Myths would act around her like if she was a celebrity.

Celebrate when you complete major and non-major things complete. 

As far as investing we only buy 100 units plus but as for living and saving its a great idea to house hack 😀   yes sir, decrease that money flowing out with a house hack so you got more money to celebrate closing on those 100+ units!

I just visited Maui for the first time to celebrate my birthday in February so seeing your post made me smile :-)I would also suggest that you have a few trusted RE professionals wherever you're investing so that you don't have that fear and less stress.  

it was the Thai's (about 200 of them) against the Alaskans (both of us)  Nobody got hurt, its completely acceptable and part of their "water fest" celebration.
