In fact, after our flood in the Baton Rouge area in 2016, there was a time when at least 1 contractor was being arrested per day for contractor fraud.

The ones who have been shut down (and their management arrested) were those who, sadly, cram four elderly in a bedroom, paid "nursing" personnel $10 a hour to monitor them and, in one sad case, gave an elderly woman in a wheelchair her shower by rolling her out into the back yard and spraying her down with the garden hose.If I were to consider renting a property to be used as an assisted living facility I would only do so if their contract was with a VA Medical Center.

I would say call the police and request that they check the place out, but if they do happen to make an arrest your unit becomes a crime scene!

On the other hand, if YOU complain to the housing office that the tenant is dealing drugs, or got arrested, or busted out some windows...they might just as easily, and at their discretion, throw the Tenant off the program.
