Just, don't think everything is fine and ok because flippers, wholesalers, and turn key providers need the calm to continue. 

With the high price of houses and high interest rates, would it be smart to wait until things calm down or just go for it? 

I do however want to cater more towards a calm, private, family/home environment for those who have to relocate temporarily and do not want a long contract or to stay in a hotel.

I would like a river & perhaps a pond but preferably a waterfall on or adjacent to the land. 

There is the neighborhood as well... does it seem calm, safe, etc?

Most importantly stay calm, and do not be reactive or quick to actions. 

I am looking to start managing property's and gain experience I am new to this and on my way to become a real estate agent and before I do I would like to have a job handling property's I am great with people  calm and have my  contractors license so I can work on home and have experience with using tools to save money on materials as well I am looking  around mountain home to yellville area 

I also have seen it done where puppies are not allowed but calm adult dogs are to prevent the chance of crazy puppy behavior and damage.
