It seems like 10% down is more typical though for the buddy I know who used one recently. 

One of my buddies here in Oregon who is the CEO of a big lumber company they have a G 2 and its at his disposal.. lucky guy..  

I have a friend who is also my GC buddy.

Hey Brooks thanks for your service buddy, also a disabled veteran on this end :) Brooks, newbie investor considering using the VA LOAN Rehab, heard some good things and then the good bad and ugly about VA Rehab loan Can you share with me if you ever used it in the United States, where, and how did it go with the lenders, contractors etc was it a smooth and rough experience, anything else you can share would appreciate I am unsure if I should use the va rehab or the fha rehab and don't know what  the pros and cons of each of them, heard realtors run for the hills when they hear fha and  va rehab loans
