Try using the search operation on all forums to find where things are; if you want to browse specific threads for the topic you raised, look under the wholesaling forum.

Hey everyone, I've been browsing the forums for a few months now and figured it was about time to start putting in my 2 cents...

I am kind of new here, I have been browsing for awhile but never introduced myself.

I saw a site "[LINK REMOVED]" while browsing.

This morning, I spent a couple hours browsing BiggerPockets, and there's a wealth of information from some folks who appear to be seasoned, knowledgeable veterans of REI, so it appears I've come to the right place.

What can a guru teach me that I can't learn by reading books, joining up with local investors, evaluating my local market, and browsing the forums on BP?

I want to form an interface for sellers and buyers alike, and especially get the word out to the realtor community in order to get their potential lease option properties/seller financed properties on the site.
