He doesn’t have one or if he does he has complaints against himAsking for a GC license is like asking your mortgage broker for their license.

Not an insurance guy, rather a mortgage broker owner always leveling up.

Hey Rafael, after 21 years in this business as a licensed broker and an active investor/landlord, I'd definitely recommend staying away from condos, especially with those high HOA fees—they can feel like a dictatorship!
