I’m a student in the class of MF Mind Set, the last review mentions that MFCP can not do business in Texas , has anyone confirmed this to be true ? 

Property is a C class area, so I am concerned about the quality of tenant I will get but I am close to Ohio State University, a hospital, and short north/downtown columbus so I am hoping as long as I screen tenants I can find some promising people.

Have you thought about trading the fiveplex for a Class B duplex in a Class B neighborhood and move into one of the units and rent out the other??

Their coaching is not cheap, but I think the thing that separates them from the one-time seminar gurus is that they offer a series of classes designed to deepen their student's knowledge so that they end up with a well-rounded education, versus what you can get (and retain) out of a single 3-day fact-filled seminar.

I can say that I probably wouldn't have started buying notes without his class.

Choose a market where you can afford a property in a B- or higher class neighborhood, AND where the market itself is growing in population size.

@Eric Lahoda, for me it would depend on the class of the rental.

If you limit yourself to Class B or Class A areas it just doesn't seem to happen.
