They’ll send someone to look at it and (hopefully) help pay for the repairs, but you'll likely want to use an aggressive private adjuster that is going to advocate for YOU.

The biggest correlation is interest rates, but that is not the only factor that indicates a strong flip market.

I have done Private Money Loans on auctions in the past.

You might convince someone to give you a private money loan from the business side of it.

Am I allowed to use a private investigator to do a background check on potential tenants, WITHOUT letting the potential tenant know?

You'd have to find a private lender to give you a bridge loan.
