Do not show w/o loan pre-approval and a letter for Proof of Funds being submitted with the offer. this stops lookie-lou's and unnecessary inspections. 

Get your financing figured out so you can submit an approval loan letter with your offers just make sure they include how long it will take to close and the maximum amount you qualified for.Do not try to do everything yourself.  

For example if you mail 500 letters to owners, you may get between 10-40 calls and it may take talking to 30 sellers to close a deal.

At the same time as refinancing, we were getting a pre-approval letter for another property (this ended up falling through but leads to my question. ).  

These loans typically have a balloon payment after 5 or 7 years.

On my desktop, I type @+ first few letters of the person's name and their name pops up, however when I try to click that name, or hit enter, it never publishes it as an @mention.Any suggestions?
