The gravy for them would be level of finish and extra amenities but they aren't going to pay substantially more. 

I spent a bunch of time looking and running numbers before this, and I happened to be in the area the day this listed.It’s a 3 bed, 2.5 bath 2000 sf home with a basement that is mostly finished but needs An egress window to become a 4 bed.

I recently finished the Rookie Bootcamp with Tyler & Ashley and I'm excited to get started. 

Meanwhile, 2212 Manton Street which is a 4 bed 3 bath home and 1800 SF above ground with a finished basement (2400 SF total livable SF) was leased  in March for $2,925.

From what we know of the cost of the house plus to finish construction we can afford the loan.

Just CPA can walk me thru from start to finish?
