Ironically i used to whitewash dairy farm barns when i was a young adult, lol.

Extremely responsible, he hasn’t had any issues we needed to fix, and as long as I’m a responsible landlord, this won’t cost us a friendship.However, I was a irresponsible young adult renting from friends 10 plus years ago.

What is the best way to handle multiple adults with no real legal obligation to each other when screening? 

Or alternatively, is there a way to have a reduced price if there are more than 2 adults in one application? 

You don't need to concern yourself with teaching these fools what it means to be an adult in America.
