I found a great sale on insignia appliances at best Buy.. or should I stick with the name brand appliances (GE, Whirlpool etc)?

I worked in sales before going full time in my rental property business- making 5k plus $120/mo could have been done in a regular job with less work than doing a BRRR SFR.Your family and your well being are too important to put on the back burner!

I see fill dirt for sale.  

Texas, with its strong tech hub and job growth, is worth exploring, but home prices are higher and rent-to-price ratios are often below 0.5%.

Do you feel that these courses provided valuable and actionable information, or did you find them to be more of a sales pitch?

Couldn't contribute to ROTH IRA in year of sale if sale this year.

It went up for tax sale Nov. 2023.

Again, that is if they decide to go forward with the sale, I guess worst case is that I obtain the equity and a mortgage at 3.75%...

They have every incentive to make sure construction is up to standard since they will receive 5-6% (to be split with buyer's agent depending on state) of the sale price in commission.
