We are lakefront and have a 72 mile bike trail right in front of the house so that is the major draw.We do have the downstairs dedicated to kids. 2 bunkbeds with a TV and Wii etc.

A funnel is a series of webpages "funnelling" potential sellers from the first page, convincing them to fill in the form page after page as they go through the funnel.The reason that is a bad method is because you are trying to "convince" people to fill in the form.
