I have a few with LP, I have the tank Lease, and the tenant is on COD, or they can do a credit app with the supplier I have the lease with, so far we have not had a problem. 

Require a PO or invoices from suppliers.

As I remember, they install them in your price.Yup, the prices above include delivery and installation...I have a local cabinet supplier who works with several different manufacturers; the particular manufacturer that we use is a local company called Liberty Cabinets.

All draws need to be paid and lien releases from the vendor and or supplier before the next draw is taken.  

He works at a great cabinet supplier in the Chicagoland area.
