Real estate is a get rich slow process, takes a lot of money and time to achieve financial freedom.If you do not have the time or skill to flip begin by using your money as minimum down payment on the largest number of doors you can finance.

If you are really rich and want to protect your rentals, put them in a trust and make yourself the trustee.

We will be focusing on property rehab and buy to rent.Funnily enough, it was a review search on a get-rich property seminar (that had a few scammy elements) that made me stumble across BP.

I realized the power of real estate after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and from there started listening to every BP episode I could get my hands on (as well as reading any book that looked helpful).  

I'm not trying to get rich quick or anything.

I just finished John Schaub's book "Building wealth one house at a time" and am now reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" again since the last time I read it was 2 years ago. 

I know wholesaling is one of those "get rich" quick schemes that sell the idea of how great it is, till you do the research and realize it isn't.
