Instead of exterminating mankind, wouldn't it be far easier to patrol the outer ring of our solar system and blow away any craft trying to leave?

It gets the phone ringing like crazy and only costs around $1.00 per letter from this site.

I will start using the phone more I prefer emails over phone calls as my phone rings enough during the day and emails let me get back to people in blocks when it works for me, Has any one ever done a pre questionare before you show a property?

Getting the phone to ring  with sellers calling is easy.  

This way there is NO possible 'rules' being broken.Is it a pain when I go to the lumber yard and need to have them ring up things on 2 different accounts?

I know many agents do not put their listings in pending status until the financing contingency has been removed (And you keep those phone numbers that call in a folder to start ringing up when something goes wrong.... like now).Just some thoughts on getting a back up offer.
