I think it's better to set realistic expectations by quoting high with no up front fees and then come in lower if we find one of the other commercial lenders out there that will actually do the loan instead of giving expectations in the 9's and 10's and then have to pound the borrower with heavy rate buy downs to get there. 

A small, young woman is going to have a different experience than a 6' 200 pound middle aged man. 

There are many options that will hold hundreds of pounds.

They have a 75-pound sheer capacity.  

Separate your 30 or 50 pounds of beans and rice.  

The Type of Vehicle: For cars and light trucks (less than 6,000 pounds) you can write off up to $11, 1060.For trucks or SUVs over 6,000 pounds like a Hummer or a Ford F150, you can write off up to $25,000 of the purchase price.Because you don’t have to buy the vehicle brand new, there is an opportunity to write off %100 percent of the cost.

Last year our Net income was 90k together on paper, and this year should be better after we pay our pound of flesh to the tax man again.  

Warranties are for landlords who are penny wise and pound foolish IMHO.

If you're not under contract with that buyer's agent, tell him to pound sand.
