I'm on the board of CFRI, the local chapter of the National REIA and would love to have to come out to one of our over 2 dozen meetings we have each month.You would add instant value to us and think you gain some as well. 

Not sure if that matters for the national programs.

DUNS keeps a database of credit history on corporations.

My wife and I both quit full time corporate jobs once our portfolio was capable of replacing all of our corporate income.  

Not guaranteed, but very safe and boring national level companies that will not go out of business anytime soon.

Don't waste your time or sanity on the larger national banks like B of A, Us Bank, etc.
