It's truly the biggest innovation in asset protection that I'm aware of.

I joined Subto back in Nov of 2022 and at the moment I had no idea what I wanted to do and how SubTo would benefit me.

I actually really admire the City leadership for constantly innovation and attracting new businesses and residents to Elk Grove. 

I ask because I keep a comparison chart of real estate crowdfunding investments, and I’m constantly on the lookout for new and innovative platforms that I haven’t investigated yet.

I will technically have 14 months built in because the title will pass to me in Nov at close but my 1st payment on the financing agreement won't start until Jan 2017.

So if it is rented and the new tenant moves in Nov 1, the current tenants get the money back minus cleaning fees and any penalty for breaking the lease. 

Always look for ways to innovate in this business & make money where others are failing Also re #6, at least your winter is short!
