@Alex Deacon how many months of observation did it take and what factors do you monitor to understand your market that well?

I test my properties with a code3 radon monitor, and if its high i put in a system, are you required to?

unless you post a conspicuos sign on your property that it is being monitored or recorded.   

I have monitoring during renovation and when occupied by renters for Burgulary, Fire, Freeze, Carbon Monoxide, Water Leaks, and Gas Leak.  

I do have credit monitoring.

.), being an out of state investor and not being able to monitor his work directly, do you think I should hire someone local as a project manager to supervise the GC's work (that is if I find somebody who can take such a project manager job for 1 or 2 thousand dollars) or can rely on the GC to do his work and may be ask my property manager to check his work a couple time during rehab ( in the middle and after the rehab work)?

Security cameras and alarm system with audible alarm mounted on the exterior of structure, the camera st upthat you can monitor from your lap top.

I have had similar issues as well with D&B however, after speaking with several of their reps D&B will not issue you a paydex score unless you purchase their self monitor service.
