I'm new to the area, so testing fix/flip market.  

You can control a lot of aspects of the loan including LTV, length, type, and where to deploy the funds (BRRRR, flip, new construction).

My aim is to get into fix and flips as well as rentals.

My business focuses on residential construction and renovation, with a particular interest in fix-and-flip projects.

I’m motivated to go all-in on flipping and currently source all my deals from the MLS and Zillow, focusing on properties in the $1.5M - $2M range.

If you want to really do wholesaling and Flipping nd have the spare cash, that is up to you.

I have lots of friends who have bought apartments in PCana in the development stage and then sold when finished (flipping). 

In several areas, the shingles need to be secured because they can flip up.  

I was told to take out hard money loan and than told it not bad just would be better option to only use on  fix and flips.
