I wouldn't recommend someone participate in real estate if they're getting a single digit return.

It allows you to keep all of your files related to a transaction in a single "loop" (folder) and digitally sign.

That is the second time I have heard that book so I will have to buy it but is it up to date for the changing digital age?

It's not going to appreciate anywhere close to HI or CA or other high appreciation markets but Indy has been seeing some strong appreciation the last 2 years or so---even double digits during some periods.

Also, does size and placement matter especially dealing with print and digital formats?
