That part is not automated or easy I expect.The other thing is perhaps figure out where cash buyers hang out...and get in front of them.

Ther is nothing wrong with using anoher party but consider the risk. 

It's like an umbrella insurance for both parties.

Ensuring all paperwork is complete with the county and to go down and handle it yourself as 3rd parties don't truly know all the details when filling with the county creating delays and correction on the title and deed.

All parties over 18 must sign and return the lease agreement.

The USA is still the best country in the world for investing (and freedom) and I really have been around.In my opinion, for what it's worth, leaving the USA to invest in Spain would be like leaving a great party to go to a wake!
