I am now reading the Multifamily Millionaire book and basically want to gather some wisdom and knowledge on how to start this investment journey I want to embark upon. 

I'm very impressed with Airbnb, I already received four bookings in Airbnb (although I may initially set the prices lower than average which attracted quick bookings). 

It’s just another appraisal to make sure you aren’t “cooking the books”. 

Frankly for us, it is better to let it sit for 4-5 months with an occasional booking instead of renting it for cheap during the off season.

I just listed it up on airbnb and have had 5 requests to book already - given 3 were for last weekend and I was not prepared for that, so denied all of them and set a 7 day advance notice.
