Apparently I've read some conflicting stuff about options lately.I've been under the impression that you can put under option, market and then when you find a buyer either assign the option or put under contract and assign the contract at that point.What am I missing?

Though I was impressed with the code generated by XSitePro, I expected that my Dreamweaver can do everything that XSitePro can, and there would not be a reason why I should get this – at least not for me.I thought it was going to be a simple, nothing new, just another website building software, built around a well-thought marketing message.If things went to my expectations, my plan was to exercise my rights for a refund.

That 512% looks impressive, but i have yet to meet anyone that can spend %'s I have some that are Way better by your standards then, one of my more recent deals I paid $7K for the property spent $27K on the rehab paid for it using a line of credit I have against other properties i own, got an appraisal of $92K have a renter at $870/mo and did a cash out at $50K (banker would give me 75% but i dont need it) so if i have none of my money in the deal, and i pushed the value up $58K whats my COC?

Lots of neighbors come in and look and if you impress them you might get a future listing.I would make sure you know everything about that house like you are listing it.
