I viewed a house today with some serious sub-flooring issues.The house is built up off the ground and the plinths underneath are clearly collapsing.The tile floor inside is still in good condition but the floors slope up and down.Can anyone give an idea about methods and cost for fixing this?

I'll seal off ducts and both properties will all end up with solid wood and tile floors, so limited areas for chemicals (or bugs) to linger.Biggest issue really is just in getting the projects scoped properly over the next couple of weeks before I close - otherwise, I will be dragging the schedule longer than I had hoped.

These are the top things we change:Add a bathroom if you can near existing plumbing. i.e. add a Master Bath if a wall is shared with the hall bath.Update the kitchen: cabinets, fixtures, appliancesUpdate bathrooms: cabinets, tile, toilet, bathtub/shower if neededPut in pergo or wood floorspaint everything inside and outchange any non-modern light fixtures and fans.Don't pick fancy and expensive stuff - you start to get into personal tastes.
