I saw a house for sale in South Dallas area that is a 8bdrm and 4 bath house.

We went from a 2 bedroom 1 bath home on a little under a half an acre to a 4 bed 3 bath home and an extra building the prior owners called the "pottery barn" that sits on 2.5 acres in town.

Someone was just shot and killed last week walking down the street. 

Relative has a 4 bed, 2 bath home.  

It’s a 3 bed, 1 bath renting for $1100 in a C/B- neighborhood.It could use some updating, but otherwise rentable.
