What is the supply and demand situation in Las Vegas?

We do have our retirement accounts, brokerage accounts, HSA accounts, etc… and will continue to invest money into those respective accounts for retirement purposes.With above stated, I would appreciate if  anyone can give me an honest opinion on how to start my journey as in what would be the best operation plan/strategy given my current situation and assumed future plans before partaking.Thanks in advance for anyone replying and assisting in the matter.

It’s interesting to hear that, as I haven’t come across many successful stories where those situations actually led to long-term outcomes.

I have heard similar situations from other investors that I have worked in California.

@Chris Rager I am in a similar situation and am looking for an attorney to help structure our LLC and operating agreement.

With the help of a gator lender, that wholesaler does not have to worry about that and can do as many deals as they want creating a win-win situation for both the wholesaler and gator. 

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books on this topic, or you can learn about it by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

I am wondering if anyone has been and this situation and has ideas on how to handle this.
