The syndications can give you tax-deferred monthly/quarterly distributions due to the GP doing a cost segregation analysis and applying the massive yearly depreciation (on building/parking lot/roof/HVAC etc) against the yearly income.

If my health was a rental property I'd say it's probably C class with sketchy tenants that mostly pay on time but sometimes have to be evicted, the roof needs reshingling and the foundation has some cracks that probably need some attention 🤣

The roof is new so shouldn’t have leaks but you never know and would like to know when a problem happens so we can get it fixed without causing more damage because it not addressed can cause more money to fix and further damage.
