HOA's definitely won't go for that (about 75% will have an HOA) and most city ordinances do not classify a trailer/RV as a domicile meaning you can only stay in one even on your own property for a certain number of days.

The property should be clean, functional, and safe.A well-maintained property attracts higher-quality renters that will pay more, stay longer, and take better care of the home.

You’re planning on staying for a year so no issue there.

Aim is to stay organized with the property and ensure all documentation is properly managed.

I do enjoy my day job and hope to stay there as long as possible, with the hope of peeling off by 45 (just turned 40 this month) and after that would consider maybe using the cash flow to benefit me a bit.
