If you use the slab doors and stain them do you put a clear coat over top of them when you are done?

I spent months fixing things that needed fixed, including sanding and staining the cupboards.

The work that remains is as Follows:Drywall, Paint, Rehang doors with new Knobs and hinges, Master Shower tile, 2000 Sq feet of hardwood installed, 600 Fq ft of carpet installed, Install Kitchen cabinets and tops, Install vanities, plumbing finishes, electrical finishes, prose wash and re stain the deck and newly built railings. 

For the water damaged section, is the floor buckling or is it just stained?

The thresholds to the bedrooms were left not stained the right color and not even I stalled properly.

If anyone has trouble getting things cleaned in your properties, removing tough stains …. please just ask. 

It collects oils and stains like a sponge. 

The roof is 16 yrs old and the siding needs to be stained.  

Shower inserts are OK, but the floors in them tend to stain easily and get pretty nasty.
