I can completely understand that thought process because if u know anything about Texas hold 'em poker, cash games n tournament play use that same mold: same basic foundation but vastly different play mechanics.

Walmart, Target, Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy.  

Sometimes the late guru guys sitting in front of sports cars and beach houses make people think real estate is quick money.

I sit here writing tonight still enjoying Cleveland sports history and just how good it feels to be a Clevelander these days. 

Obviously it is sports oriented yet the lesson applies to everything.
